You start on a street and immediately get swarmed by thugs. You punch and kick your way through them until the health bar of the area boss depletes. A run takes about 10 or 15 minutes depending on how many waves spawn. I kept getting cornered early on because I was trying to play too defensively. You have to keep moving or the enemies surround you instantly. Once the weather shifts to rain or snow, the visibility gets annoying, making it harder to see incoming hits.
